Admissions

Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. – Psalm 100:4

Admissions Requirements

Admission requires that a prospective student possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. High school students may be considered for enrollment as long as they are working toward their graduation and their GPA is above a 3.0. College credit will be withheld until high school is completed.

An applicant must be a born-again Christian and seriously desiring a closer walk with God. Applicants are accepted when in the school's opinion they are qualified and have a good possibility of success in their chosen objective. All applicants are evaluated without regard to race, gender, age, political affiliation, national origin, or disabling conditions.

New Student Advisement & New Student Orientation

CHBC has the following procedure for advising and counseling students regarding entering the college and the selection of courses:

After the student fills out the application, he/she sends it to the college so that a student file may be opened and the admission process begun.

If you would like the application simply click on the link forms. You can also now pay online via PayPal, wherther it be your tuition or your initial 25.00 application fee. Just visit www.paypal.com and make your payment to marypoehner@msn.com

After the initial review of the file, an appointment is made for the student to meet with the Academic Dean for an Entrance Interview.

During the Entrance Interview, the following will be discussed:

which program is best suited for the student.

which courses for the following quarter would be best to take.

the long-term plans of the student, his/her calling and goals.

the financial aspect of the program and the plan of the student for covering these obligations.

any questions of the student

After the interview, the student is informed by the Admissions Committee of his or her acceptance and standing within two weeks.
